Defendants: Thomas Lewis (executor of Mary Ann Mansel). amended by an order dated 6 November 1810: William Morris, Thomas Morris of Llandilofwar, Carmarthenshire, George Dawkin, William Rees of Llandilofwar, Henry Rees, infant (by William Rees his father and guardian), John Hawkins of Swansea, Glamorganshire and Mary Ann Hawkins his wife (formerly Mary Ann Sherwen), David Thomas alias Daniel Sherwen, Thomas Lewis of Llandiliofawr, gent, David Lewis, infant (by Thomas Lewis his father) Cooper Sherwen, Jane Ann Mansell Cooper Sherwen and Henry Thomas Sherwen added as defendants
