Plaintiffs: John King.

Defendants: Hugh Jackson, Edward Aubrey, Mary Yorke, [Thomas Dampier] Bishop of Ely and Attorney General.

amended by an order dated 20 December 1810: Martin Coulcher and Richard Hardwick added as defendants; [Thomas Dampier] Bishop of Ely removed as defendant.

amended by an odrer dated 20 February 1823: [Bowyer Sparke] Bishop of Ely, William Walker, James Elliott Hudson and wife, Isaac Walker (abroad), Thomas Usedale Walker (abroad) and Richard Creser and wife (abroad) added as defendants; Mary Yorke removed as defendant.
