Defendants: Patrick Crawfurd Bruce (abroad), John du Ponthieu (abroad), Richard Campbell Bazett (abroad), David Colvin (abroad), James Brown, George Brown (amended to John Brown), Jean Murray alias Jean Murrie, Catherine Sim alias Catherine Sime, Alexander Colvin (abroad), James Colvin (abroad and John Miller.

amended by an order dated 4 March 1813: James Hall and Henry Jackson added as defendants. John Miller removed as defendant.
