Plaintiffs: Samuel Hough.

Defendants: Richard Appleton, John Hough, Elizabeth Hough, Lawrence Hepy alias Lawrence Heapy, John Tarleton, Joseph Broster, Caleb Fletcher, John Booth, Samuel Booth, Thomas Booth (the son, abroad) and Thomas Booth (the father).

amended by an order dated 9 December 1808: John Tarleton removed as defendant
