Plaintiffs: Sir Archibald Dunbar and others.

Defendants: Edward Gale Boldero, Sir Henry Lushington, Joseph Marryatt, Christopher Idle, John Timson alias William Timson, Samuel Birch, William Heygate and Bank of England.

amended by an order dated 5 March 1812: James Sutherland, William Fairlie, Alexander Williamson (senior) and wife, Catherine Williamson, Isabella Williamson, Isabella Williamson, Alexander Williamson (junior), Helen Williamson, Sarah Williamson, Lilias Williamson, Jane Williamson, William Hunter and Eleanor Louisa Gray (abroad) added as defendants.
