amended by an order dated 9 February 1813: William Hill, Benjamin Westbrook and William Green added as defendants; Joseph Gittins [?] and wife, William Tollway [?] and wife and William Camper removed as defendants.
revived Michaelmas 1813 and revived Trinity 1815, plaintiffs name Day.
