Plaintiffs: John Benson.

Defendants: John William [Egerton] Earl of Bridgwater, Sarah Stevens, Mary Symons, Thomas Gurney and wife and John Jeffery and Elizabeth Jeffery his wife.

amended by an order dated 26 January 1814: George Jeffery added as defendant.

plaintiff admitted a pauper by order dated 9 June 1812.
