Defendants: Thomas Hodgson, John Restall, William Mannington and wife, Thomas Berry and wife, William Howell and wife, William Finch and wife, William Small (senior), William Small (junior), James Small and John Turner Watts and wife.

amended by an order dated 4 December 1812: James Peppercorne, Abigail Finch and William Finch added as defendants; Thomas Hodgson and William Finch and wife removed as defendants.
