Defendants: Alice Davis alias Allis Davis of St Mary Newington, Surrey (widow of John Davis of Nicholas Lane London and later of Islington, Middlesex, agent) and Thomas Vass.
amended by an order dated 22 December 1812: Thomas Vass removed as defendant.
