Defendants: Edward Pedder, esq, James Pedder, esq, Richard Newsham, esq, Richard Grimshaw Lomax, esq, William Joseph Denison, esq (bankers and copartners under the firm of Pedder and Newsham Comapny), Jane Dixon (sister in law of Robert Tipping), John Keys, Francis Rush, Charles Rider, Robert Say, Roger Merrick and Joseph Flintott.
Subject: calico printing partnership between Robert Tipping and George Fleming called Tipping and Fleming Company.
