Plaintiffs: Myra Southouse of Kempsey, Wortcestershire, spinster (sister of Edmund Edward Southose).

Defendants: Robert Spearman Bate of Eastbourne, Sussex and Ann Bate his wife, Maria Rose Bonadventure de Belloy and Harriet de Belloy his wife (abroad), John Forbes of Lambs conduit Street, Middlesex and Sarah Forbes his wife (Ann Bate, Harriet de Belloy and Sarah Forbes being sisters of Edmund Edward Southose).
