Short title: Severn v Jones.

Plaintiffs: John Cheesment Severn of Penyclawdd, Radnorshire and of Lincolns Inn, Middlesex, esq and Mary Ann Severn his wife (late Mary ann Price, spinster) aged 19 years by her husband.

Defendants: Thomas Williams, Samuel Bowen, Thomas Jones and Thomas Williams of Llandrindod, [Radnorshire].

original bill Hilary 1810, plaintiffs name Price.
