Short title: Severn v Price.

Document type: Bill and answer.

Plaintiffs: John Cheesment Severn of Penyclawdd, Radnorshire and of Lincolns Inn, Middlesex, esq and Mary Ann Severn his wife (late Mary ann Price, spinster) aged 19 years by her husband, Thomas Ponton of Half Moon Street, Picadilly, Middlesex, esq and Spencer Newcomb Meredith od Lincolns Inn, gent.

Defendants: Thomas Williams, Samuel Bowen, Thomas Jones, Evan Evans, Samuel Evans, Thomas Evans, Thomas Smith, Jane Price, John Luntley and Elizabeth Powell.

amended by an order dated 30 May 1812: John Luntley removed as defendant.

original bill Easter 1803, plaintiffs name Price.

two answers not identified, one is probably the extra answer with C1812 S2 and the other also applies to C1803 P11.
