Plaintiffs: Thomas [Burgess] Bishop of St Davids, John Burgess of Hartfordbridge, Hampshire, esq, Henrietta Maria Pinkerton (formerly Henrietta Maria Burgess and now wife of John Pinkerton formerly of Hampstead, Middlesex now of Marchmont Street, Middlesex, esq), Mary Margery Pinkerton aged 11 years and Harriet Elizabeth Pinkerton aged 9 years, infants (wife and infants by John Burgess their next friend).
Defendants: John Pinkerton, esq.
Subject: income from properties devised under the marriage settlement of John Pinkerton and Henrietta Maria Burgess following their separation some years previously.
