Plaintiffs: Rebecca Warman Rofe aged 8 years (daughter of Thomas Rofe late of Osborn Street, Whitechapel, chair carver), infant (by Thomas Sowerby of Cannon Street Road, St George, Middlesex, pawnbroker her next friend).
Defendants: Rebecca Rofe of Mile End, Middlesex, spinster, John Hulme of Shadwell, Middlesex, pawnbroker and Sarah Hulme his wife (late Sarah Rofe, spinster; sisters of Thomas Rofe).
revived Easter 1824 and revived Michaelmas 1828.
