Plaintiffs: John Jordan Rogerson of Chapelizod, Dublin, Ireland, infant (by James Rogerson of Liverpool, Lancashire, merchant) and Thomas Rogerson of Chapelizod.

Defendants: Philip Withington, Charles Robinson, William Jordan (abroad) and Mary Jordan his wife, William Jorden (the son), River Jorden, John Jorden, Elizabeth Jorden (amended to Samuel Everall and Elizabeth Everall his wife), Mary Jorden (amended to James Wilson Stephens and Mary Stephens his wife), Thomas Jorden and Joseph Jorden.

revived Trinity 1815.

Subject: estate of William Jordan late of Manchester, Lancashire, merchant deceased.
