Plaintiffs: Andrew John Nash, George Augustus Nash, Alexander Nash, George Vander Newburgh, David Watson, James Jacks, John wilkinson, John Crossthwaite, James Potts, Edward Gale, James Gale and Thomas Rowcroft.

Defendants: John Lock, Charles Lock and East India Company.

Subject: monies paid for the journey of the ship Marchioness of Exeter 1806.
