Defendants: Elizabeth Snell and Mary Snell.

amended by an order dated 31 January 1811: John Snell (the brother), John Snell (the nephew), William Snell, Samuel Sampson and wife, Samuel Gordino alias Samuel Gordon and Elias Leach added as defendants.
