Defendants: Mary Arnold, George Harrison, John Payne, Isaac Samuel Clamtree and Charles Arnold.

amended by an order dated 3 July 1812: Westgarth Snaith, Henry Edgeworth Richnell and wife, Sarah Harriet Arnold, Ann Sophia Arnold, Jemima Hercy Arnold, Charlotte Jane Arnold, Edward Arnold, Richard Arnold and Frederick Arnold added as defendants.
