Plaintiffs: Le Gendre Starkie.

Defendants: Geoffrey Hornby, Thomas Clayton, Mary Preedy, Meyrick Banks, John Hargreaves, Frances Starkie, widow of Heath, Yorkshire, Le Gendre Pierce Starkie, Le Gendre Nicholas Starkie and Charlotte Le Gendre Starkie (the last two being infants by Isaac Blackburn of Warrington, Lancashire, esq their guardian).
