Short title: Price v Williams.

Plaintiffs: Marianne Price aged 15 years, infant (by Hugh Price of Castle Madock, Breconshire her next friend; amended to James Bird of the Registrars Office, Chancery Lane, London, gent).

Defendants: Thomas Williams of Gragie, Llandgeley, Radnorshire, gent, Samuel Williams, Samuel Bowen of Kefenleys, Radnorshire, shopkeeper, Thomas Jones of Oxhall, Llanyre, Radnorshire, drover and Thomas Williams of Llandrindod, Radnorshire.

amended by an order dated 15 January 1811: Samuel Williams removed as defendant.

original bill Easter 1803, revived Michaelmas 1811, plaintiffs name Severn and revived and supplementary bill Hilary 1815, plaintiffs name Severn
