Plaintiffs: Elizabeth Elderton of Chew Magna, Somerset, widow.

Defendants: John Poole, esq.

Subject: estate of Harry Elderton, late husband of Elizabeth Elderton, including properties in Gloucester Place in the parish of Clifton, Gloucestershire, including a dwelling house called Daltons Hotel, which ad been concealed from Elizabeth Elderton by John Poole due to unpaid debts owed to him by Harry Elderton.
