Short title: Earle v Turner.

Document type: Bill and three answers.

Plaintiffs: Percival Hare Earle of Hanover Square, Middlesex, esq, and Timothea Earle his wife (formerly Timothea Kempe, spinster), Richard Russell Kempe aged 16 years, and Wilhelmina Sophia Kempe aged 20 years, by Percival Hare Earle their next friend.

Defendants: Lestock Wilson former captain in the East India Company's service, now of Harley Street, Middlesex, esq, Abraham Driver, Kent Road, Surrey, Land surveyor, William Kemp (abroad), Mary Anne Kempe an infant under 21 years, Richard Andrew Turner of Lewes, Sussex, gent, John Jones of Middle Temple, City of London, gent and James Henry Earle of Gray's Inn, Middlesex, gent.

Subject: estate of William Kempe, late of South Malling, Sussex, serjeant at law, (father of Timothea Earle, Richard Russell Kempe, and Wilhelmina Sophia Kempe), including the Deanry of South Melling, and the Rectory of South Melling.
