Plaintiffs: Thomas Ellis of West Square, St George's Field, Surry, gent, Susannah Ellis his wife (only child of Charles Robinson, late of Tower Street in the parish of St George the Martyr, Southwark, Surrey, gent), Samuel Ellis, Charles Thomas Ellis, Thomas Ellis, and Mary Ruth Ellis, infants under 21 years, the children of Thomas Ellis and Susannah Ellis.
Defendants: Sir John Pinhorne of Southwark, Surrey, banker, Anthony Sterry of the High Street, Southwark, Oilman, Edward Bedell of Blackman Street, Southwark, Silk Dyer, Archibald Campbell Russell of Lant Street, Southwark, gent, Joseph Coventry Lowdell, Susannah Robinson and Catherine Cove.
Subject: estate of Charles Robinson, including diverse properties in and around Southwark, Surrey, the rents of which are detailed in attached schedules along with other receipts and payments.
