Plaintiffs: Thomas Edwards of the City of Bristol, merchant, Samuel Edwards the younger, an infant under 21 years, and George Edwards, an infant under 21 years, by Thomas Edwards their father and next friend, George Tollett (late George Embury) formerly of Twining [Twyning], Gloucestershire, now of Betley, Staffordshire, esq, and Charles Tollett an infant under 21 years by George Tollett his father and next friend, John Towgood of the City of London, banker, John SImpson of the City of London, merchant, Wilson Aylesbury Roberts of Bewdley, Worcestershire, esq, Richard Hart Davis of the City of Bristol, esq.

Defendants: Reverend Thomas Bradstock of Birlingham, Worcestrshire, Reverend John Wall of Quat, Shropshire, and William George Maxwell of Twyning, Gloucestershire.

Subject: estate of Peter Hancock, late of Twyning, Gloucestershire, known as the Manor of Twyning, and other premesis in the parishes of Twyning and Kemerton, Gloucestershire, the Manor of Norton, Worcestershire, and premesies in the parishes of Norton, Westmancote, Hardwicke, Bredon, and Eckington, Worcestershire.
