Short title: Dillingham v Wyndham.

Plaintiffs: Brampton Gurdon Dillingham of Grundisburgh, Suffolk, esq, Stafford Squire Baxter of Furnival's Inn, London, gent, Mary Ann Wyndham of Cromer, Norfolk, widow (formerly Mary Ann Bacon, spinster), Marianne Charlotte Wyndham, Arabella Catharine Wyndham, Henry Wyndham, Maria Wyndham, and Sophia Whyndham, infants under 21 years by Mary Ann Wyndham, their mother and next friend, and Mary Bacon of Ipswich, Suffolk, widow.

Defendants: George Thomas Wyndham an infant, aged 5 years, the eldest son and heir of George Wyndham, late of Cromer, Norfolk and Mary Ann Wyndham.

Subject: estate of George Wyndham including property situated in the parishes of Cromer otherwise Shipton. Overstrand otherwise Oxtrand, Northrepps, Roughton, Felbrigge, Runton, Beeston next the sea, Sheringham otherwise Sherringham, West Beckham, and Brodham, Norfolk.
