Plaintiffs: Helen Cook of Lower East Smithfield, Aldgate, Middlesex, widow, and Isabella Cook, spinster, an infant aged 5 years, by Helen Cook her mother and next friend.
Defendants: Joseph Brindley alias Joseph Brinley, William Ewart, and Ralph Noble and Ann Noble his wife.
amended by an order dated 21 March 1809: Jane Smith Noble, James Noble, Ralph Noble (junior), Isabella Cook Noble, Ann Noble (junior) and John Noble added as defendants.
