Plaintiffs: Ellen Coates of Kirkby Malzeard, Yorkshire, widow of Thomas Coates late of Wanen Lane House, Kirkby Malzeard, yeoman.

Defendants: William Coates, grandson of Thomas Coates (the heir), William Coates of Warren Lane, Kirkby Malzeard, Yorkshire, farmer (the devisee), John Wood of Kirkby Malzeard (the infant) and David Richmond.

Subject: monies owed to Ellen Coates from the sale of the estate of Thomas Coates, including premesis in the township of Azerley, Kirkby Malzeard, Yorkshire.
