Short title: Carruthers v Prendergast.

Document type: Two bills and two answers.

Plaintiffs: Walter Carruthers of Red Lion Square, Middlesex, esq, previously commander of the ship Henry Dundas in the service of the East India Company.

Defendants: Michael George Prendergast, formerlly of Calcutta, Bengal, East Indies [India], Merchant.

Subject: undersale of goods, and insurance and charges relating to the goods.
