Plaintiffs: John Caiger of Golden Lane, Middlesex, gent, Elizabeth Caiger of Golden Lane, spinster, amended to Ann Caiger aged 19 years, Thomas Caiger aged 17 years, Harrit Caiger aged 15 years, and Sarah Caiger aged 13 years, by Charles Francis Frufort of York Buildings in the parish of Bermondsey, Surrey, gent, their next friend.
Defendants: John Eads of Headley, Hampshire, Stonemason, and John Willoughby of Highbury, Middlesex.
amended by an order dated 26 July 1810: John Caiger and Elizabeth Caiger removed as plaintiffs and added as defendants.
Subject: copyhold estate of William Caiger of the parish of Headley, Hampshire, yeoman, called Curtiss's farm within the grounds of a manor called Bishop Sutton, and a leasehold property called Gregsgreen Farm.
