Plaintiffs: Thomas Cripps of Queen Street in the parish of St John Horsley Down, Surrey, Mary Cripps his wife, Thomas Cripps the younger aged 20 years, Mary Cole Cripps aged 17 years, Martha Cripps aged 15 years, James Cripps aged 14 years (Children of Thomas Cripps and Mary Cripps).
Defendants: John Hounson then of Fleet Street London, Samuel Sampson of Bridge Street, London, agent, George Williams, of Angel Court, Friday Street, London and Samuel Fearn of Cornhill, London, Stockbroker.
Subject: monies charitably donated to Thomas Cripps after he was thrown from his horse, fracturing both legs which stopped him undertaking active employment, which was then withheld from him.
