Short title: Cochrane v Leach.

Document type: Bill and two answers.

Plaintiffs: Susanna Cochrane of Cumberland Street, New Road in the parish of St Marylebone, Middlesex, spinster.

Defendants: Elizabeth Reid, widow, William Leach and Esther Leach his wife and Thomas Hone.

amended by an order dated 21 December 1809: Elizabeth Haines added as defendant.

amended by an order dated 13 March 1810: James Haines of Lamb Street, Spitalfields, Middlesex, Weaver and Elizabeth Haines his wife added as defendant; Elizabeth Haines removed as defendant.

revived and supplementary bill Hilary 1811.

Subject: estate of John Biddle of the parish St Martin in the Fields, Middlesex, gent, including legacies to William Thomas, the testators son in law, and Susannah Thomas, wife of William Thomas and daughter of the testator, Mary Biddle and Elizabeth Biddle, daughters of the testator, to be paid by the executors, William Pickering and Henry Frith of Long Acre in the parish of St Martins in the Field.
