Defendants: Sir Thomas Woollaston White, John Wood, William Groves, Thomas Knowles, John Findlay, Jane Sinclair, Mary Benson, William Barnett, John Lambert, William Tate, John Jackson and wife, John Coates, John Lupton (senior) and John Lupton (junior).

amended by an order dated 10 December 1808: Robert Parkinson, John Parkinson, Stephen Parkinson, Mary Parkinson, Thomas Metcalfe, John Metcalfe, William Parker and wife, Samuel Cooks and wife, William Barnett and wife, Robert Francis Parnell, William Parnell and Francis Fairbank added as defendants.

original bill Hilary 1802, plaintiffs name Lupton, with Mr Sewell (Whittington division).
