Plaintiffs: John Beardmore and others.

Defendants: Thomas Wyne Townsend, James Christie, Richard Harborne (abroad).

Amended by order dated 27 June 1806: John Pratt Huitson and Francis Squire added as defendants.

Bill revived Easter 1821.
