Short title: Brakspear v Innes.

Plaintiffs: Robert Brakspear (executor of Richard Hayward, deceased a bond creditor of Alexander Innes, deceased), Archibald Paxton and Stewart Marjoribanks (creditors by simple contract on behalf of themselves and other creditors of Alexander Innes, deceased).

Defendants: Charlotte Innes, widow, Jane Innes, spinster and John Innes.

Subject: debts due on the estate of Alexander Innes, deceased.
