Plaintiffs: Thomas George Bowes and another.

Defendants: Thomas Bowes and wife, Florence Young, Thomas Bainbridge, George Bowes, Thomas Wilkinson, Ralph Johnson.

Bill amended by order dated 23 January 1805: Two defendants removed: Florence Young and Thomas Bainbridge.
