Nature of request
Thomas de Havering states that certain goods of his, being carried from Flanders to London in the ship of Lambert Crustessone of Sluis, were stolen at sea by John Stiward and Ralph Aunbreys, and carried off to Rye, where they shared them out amongst themselves and their allies. He has never been able to have recovery of them, and requests remedy.
Nature of endorsement
He is to have a remedy in Chancery as has previously been used in similar cases.
