[Petition in 2 parts:]1) Brilaund states that he was heavily amerced before the justices in eyre on the assumption that he was a taverner; whereas he is prepared to put himself on the country that he was never a taverner, and that he was a draper only for five years, and he has lost draperies and other things of his goods and chattels. He asks the King's grace, that this might be inquired into and that he might have a remedy, as he has nothing with which to pay this amercement.2) Brilaund requests a pension so that he is able to live as Henry III when he was at Kenilworth took from him a great loan of which a portion is still owing.
