Canse and Araz request remedy as they bought a turbary from Ry, but subsequently two justices disallowed the sheriff's power to sell the turbary and the petitioners never had possession nor took anything from it, but despite this a command has come out of the Exchequer to levy £75 from their lands and chattels.
