[This petition is damaged] Juliana de Gipewyz states that William le Clerk of Flaunden brought a writ of right against her during her husband's lifetime concerning tenements in Flaunden. She was aided in recovering the tenement by the Earl of [missing due to damage to ms]. She requests a writ . . . taken into the Earl's hand until the matter was decided and a writ . . . of the proceedings or to the Bench or before justices in Eyre in Hertfordshire.
