This petition is to be sent to Chancery, and the Chancellor is to have power, by authority of parliament, to have come before him on a certain day the parties named in this petition; and when the Chancellor has called the justices whom he wishes, from one Bench and the other, and when the matters contained in the same petition have been heard and understood, and the arguments upon this, the Chancellor is to do justice to the parties by the aforesaid authority.
