Nature of request
Agnes Hertwell, daughter and heir of Lettice Northbrok of Fulham, and kinswoman and heir of Juliana and Agnes, sisters of the said Lettice, states that the sisters were seised of certain lands and tenements in Fulham for themselves and the heirs of their bodies, by grant of John Northwich of Fulham their father, but that John afterwards wrongly alienated these lands and tenements to Alice Perers, and she occupied them until they were forfeited to the King's grandfather: so that they are at present in the King's hand. She requests justice concerning these lands.

This bill is to be sent into the King's Chancery, and, when the King's sergeants and others who should be called have been called, and when the arguments of the parties have been heard and their evidence examined, justice is to be done there.
