- Isabel, daughter and heiress of William Date, states that her father was seised of certain lands and tenements in Fressingfield, Weybread, Silham and Esham, until he was forcibly disseised of them by John Date, who continues to occupy them and to collect the profits. She requests a writ to John, to appear before the King in Chancery on a certain day, to answer to her for this wrong; and that she might have justice then.
