Nature of request
Eleanor de Well states that Richard II, by his letters patent dated 19 May in his twenty-second year, gave and granted her an annuity of £50 for life, and that this grant was confirmed by Henry IV. Henry V also confirmed the grant, but died before the confirmation could be sealed. She asks the commons to ask the King and lords to confirm the letters patent for this annuity.
