[This document is damaged.]William Yerd, esquire, Lieutenant of the Earl of Huntingdon, Constable of the Tower of London, asks the commons to ask the King and lords to grant him a charter of pardon, according to the tenor of the schedule attached to this petition, for the escapes of John Brakamon, knight and Marcellino de Flisco of Genoa, prisoners of war of Henry V, of Thomas Payn, indicted of treason, Lollardy and heresy, of Thomas Seggeswyk, indicted of felony, and of John Mortymer, knight, imprisoned at the command of Henry V, as he was not a party to this escape, and as all the prisoners except Thomas Seggeswyk have been recaptured.
