Nature of request
Vivian del Aviro states that he was wrongly disseised of a house and two plots of land in La Réole, and that he complained to the King about this and obtained in inquisition, which was returned; but because of other pressing business, the matter was not expedited. He asks that he might be dealt with according to the findings of the inquisition; and that if it is not found in the court, the Seneschal of Gascony, and Raymond de Forreria, one of the people who took the inquisition, should be ordered to do justice on it, if they have it; and if they do not have it, that there should be a new inquisition. And he asks that justice might be done to him swiftly.
