[Only part of the petition survives.] The petitioner complains of an attack made on her [house] in the parish of Heytesbury, by people who beat her servants and stole her goods and chattels. She requests reasonable writs to the sheriff of Wiltshire [to have them appear before the King] to answer for the aforesaid matters and to be [examined on them].
