As the assizes in Lincolnshire are to be arrayed anew because of the appointment of William de Thorp as chief justice of these assizes, the King is asked to instruct the justices to assign a place in the first session at Stamford for the assize of mort d'ancestor that Geoffrey son of Geoffrey de la Mare has brought against Cecily Gerberge and others. There follows a form of words for this order.
