- Peronele, wife of Ralph de Morewode, states that Earl Warenne has imprisoned her husband, wrongly demanding 80 marks from him, from the time when he was his bailiff, and that she cannot have him delivered. She asks that he might be at common law.

- [On face] This document is to be delivered to Iter, the King's clerk.[On dorse] The Earl is to be ordered to deliver him to the Sheriff, and he is to bring him on a certain day before the King; and the same Sheriff is to instruct the Earl to be there then, to say what seems to him is to be said.
