Nature of request
Thomas Haket and Amice his wife state that an inquiry is pending in King's Bench between them and the King concerning the manor of Brompton and the advowson of the church of that manor, which is seized into the King's hand because of the idiocy of Nicholas de Glammorgan, but that this has suffered a delay, to their harm. They ask that the justices and the King's other ministers might be ordered to take it without delay.

A writ is to be sent to the justices before whom the plea is pending, to proceed to take the inquest according to the usage and custom of the realm without delay.
